Thank you for shopping with Grithide Apparel. This policy explains order processing, dispatch and delivery estimates.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During product launches, promotions or peak periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
Estimated delivery times
- Domestic delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, customs inspections, weather, public holidays and courier delays may extend transit times.
Shipping costs
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Any applicable duties, import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Tracking and delivery
Where the carrier provides tracking, we will share the tracking details using the email or phone number supplied at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If a parcel appears delayed or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Address changes and failed delivery
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier. Additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply to parcels returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, subject to applicable law.
