Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Grithide Apparel. If an item is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

Contact us within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered.
Original tags must remain attached. Include original packaging and accessories where supplied.
Items showing wear, washing, damage, odours or alterations may not be accepted unless the issue is a verified fault.

How to request a return

Email support@grithideapparel.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions and destination.
Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service where available.
Keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind, fit or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs; we will review the issue and advise on an appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Shipping fees, duties and taxes are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact support before returning an item so we can confirm the available options. If an exchange is not available, an eligible return may be refunded instead.

Non-returnable items and legal rights

Items identified at purchase as final sale, personalised or otherwise excluded may not be returnable except where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
